MIXER & PACK RECEIVES THE FASHION INDUSTRY NATIONAL AWARD

The Ministry of Industry grants the Fashion industry 2020 National Award to the developer, designer and perfumery and cosmetics manufacturer for third party brands for the Best Fashion Accessory and Complement Industry category.

The Best Fashion Accessory and Complement Industry, awarded by the Ministry of Industry to Mixer & Pack, recognises the special bond of the perfumery manufacturer for third party brands with the Spanish fashion industry, as well as its contribution to the national economy, endorsing its prestige, creativity, its adaptation to international markets, and its capacity for innovation, internationalisation and the empowerment of the “Spain Brand”.

In this category, the Ministry of Industry recognizes the company of the sector that has distinguished itself for achieving business excellence, including in this concept the quality, sustainability, respect for the environment, internationalisation, results oriented to the customer, leadership, processes, continuous improvement, innovation, digitisation, and which have been made involving people and taking into account social responsibility.

The awards for the “Best Fashion Accessory and Complement Industry” reach their VI Edition – 2020, with the aim of recognising the work of individuals, institutions, organisations, businesses and industries that have achieved excellence in the fashion industry.

In this manner the “Best Fashion Accessory and Complement Industry Award” to Mixer & Pack recognises the importance of perfume as a complement or fashion accessory, in its role to complement and establish style in fashion.

In addition, the perfumery in the fashion industry brings to companies a high customer loyalty and stronger image before its customers, democratising brands and helping to expand the consumer profile, completing their style, and personality and assets of the company through the sense of smell of their consumers. There is a very powerful link that a perfume can create between a brand and the consumer, generating added value and increasing the positioning of the brand in the market.

About the Awards:

At its VI edition, the jury, chaired by the Secretary General of Industry and Smes, Raül Blanco, has selected the winners of the National Awards for the Fashion Industry, promoted by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism. For Raül Blanco, “these awards demonstrate the support of the Ministry to the sector, through the recognition of professionals and companies that make a major effort to achieve business excellence; and also, encourage the development of this important economic activity, and contribute to its growth, competitiveness and increasing its weight in the GDP as a whole”.

The jury of the VI National Awards for the Fashion Industry was comprised by the Secretary General of Industry and Smes, Raül Blanco, as President; the designer and winner of the Fashion Industry National Award, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, as vice president; and spokespersons Galo Gutierrez (director general of Industry and SMES), Nuria de Miguel (director of the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid), Sofia Rodriguez (director of the Decorative Arts Museum), and Paul Garcia de Oteyza (designer and winner of the National Fashion Industry Award in the Innovative Entrepreneurship category).

The award ceremony will take place at a date and place to be determined, and shall be chaired by Her Majesty the Queen
