MIXER & PACK REINFORCES ITS STRUCTURE TO PROMOTE QUALITY AS A STRATEGIC DRIVER

The company consolidates its model as a perfumery manufacturer with  the creation of a new Quality Department, key ove in its commitment to  excellent service.

Mixer & Pack, a European benchmark in the design, development and  manufacture of private label perfumery for fashion and cosmetics brands,  announces the creation of its new Quality Department. This strategic decision  reinforces the company’s firm commitment to its four fundamental pillars: service,  people, sustainability and innovation.

Quality, understood as an essential part of the service, thus has its own structural role, with direct reporting to the General Management and presence on the Management Committee. At the head of this new area will be Raúl Gómez, a professional with more than 15 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, having led Quality and R+D departments in companies such as Iberian Beauty Wax, DRV-Phytolab Group and Maverick Laboratories, specializing in the transformation and optimization of processes, development of formulas, international regulations and management of inspections and audits with entities such as the AEMPS and under ISO 9001 and ISO 22716 standards.

Since joining Mixer & Pack, Raúl has led a comprehensive evolution of the department, applying an approach based on continuous improvement, operational excellence and strategic collaboration with suppliers, to guarantee the highest regulatory and manufacturing standards in perfumery and cosmetics.

“At Mixer & Pack, we believe quality should not be a mere requirement or an isolated phase, but rather a true cultural and philosophical shift that permeates the entire organization. In my role as Quality Director, I advocate for this mindset to guide every strategy, every decision, and every team, ensuring that excellence is not a one-time goal but a deeply rooted value that defines and differentiates us in the industry,” says Raúl Gómez.

With the products manufactured at Mixer&Pack present in more than 130 countries and a clear export vocation, the perfumery developer continues to strengthen its structure to offer a value-added service to its customers. The new Quality Management is another example of its evolution as a strategic partner for brands seeking cosmetic quality, operational agility and sustainable innovation in their private label perfumery lines.

This step positions the perfume designer as one of the most solid and competitive manufacturers in the sector, thanks to an approach where quality is not an isolated act, but a habit rooted in its corporate culture.
