Mixer&Pack awarded by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha for its commitment to social welfare

The designer, developer and private label fragrance manufacturer receives the highest distinction granted by the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha, awarded by the Department of Social Welfare in the category of Promotion of the Social Third Sector for its efforts in professional integration.

9th March 2026 (Mondéjar, Guadalajara, Spain)

Mixer&Pack has been recognised by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha in the category of Promotion of the Social Third Sector for its partnership with the Red Cross and its long-standing commitment to the labour integration of people at risk of social exclusion, as well as for its collaboration with organisations that promote the inclusion of people with physical, mental or sensory disabilities.

The award was presented by the President of Castilla-La Mancha, Emiliano García-Page, and the Regional Minister of Social Welfare, Bárbara García, accompanied by the President of the Provincial Council of Guadalajara, José Luis Vega, who is also the Mayor of Mondéjar, the host town of the ceremony. The presentation took place during the tenth edition of the Social Initiative Awards, an event recognising individuals and organisations for their contribution to social development and the strengthening of the third sector in the region.

Mixer&Pack was selected for its active partnership with the Red Cross and for developing programmes that foster the labour integration of people in situations or at risk of social exclusion, as well as for its collaboration with organisations that promote the inclusion of people with physical, mental or sensory disabilities. These initiatives have enabled hundreds of professionals to access stable employment opportunities with long-term prospects.

This distinction highlights the business model of the private label fragrance manufacturer, where industrial activity linked to perfume production is combined with the company’s ongoing commitment to labour inclusion. For Mixer&Pack, this recognition is not merely an institutional award; it represents the connection between business activity and people, especially those who face barriers to entering the labour market — a social commitment that truly transforms lives.

This award adds to other recognitions received in recent years for its social work and commitment to labour inclusion, including the corporate co-responsibility diploma awarded by CCOO, the tribute paid by the Red Cross for its continued collaboration, the integration programmes developed together with Cáritas, and the Red Cross award for its work in promoting equality of treatment.
