Sara Simón Alcorlo, Equality Counselor of the JCCM, accompanied by representatives from the Cabanillas del Campo City Council and the JCCM delegation in Guadalajara, visited the private-label perfumery and fragrance manufacturer to learn about its progress in equality, integration, and diversity.

Key representatives in Equality, Integration, and Diversity from the JCCM, along with provincial and local authorities, have gained first-hand insight into Mixer & Pack’s Equality Plan. During the meeting, the company’s People team and its Equality Committee presented the actions implemented in these areas.
The event began with a presentation in which Mixer & Pack shared information about its growth, international expansion, and commitment to excellence in production. During the presentation, the company detailed its inclusion policies, actions supporting women’s professional development in the sector, and environmental initiatives aligned with social well-being and the region’s sustainable development.
In this context, the company welcomed Sara Simón Alcorlo, Equality Counselor of Castilla-La Mancha, who was accompanied by Laura Gil Pascual, Delegate for Equality in Guadalajara, as well as representatives from the Cabanillas del Campo City Council: Luis Blanco Álvarez, First Deputy Mayor; Abigail Cordero Gaviño, Councilor for Equality and Employment; and Javier Inés Serrano, Councilor for Security, Traffic, and Transport.
During the meeting, Mixer & Pack showcased its strong commitment to gender equality, social integration, and corporate responsibility. The company emphasized its identity as a women-driven organization, with 75% of its workforce composed of female employees, establishing itself as a benchmark in the industry for equity and women’s professional development.
Additionally, the company, together with its Equality Committee, shared the successful implementation of its second Equality Plan in a smooth, dynamic, and constructive manner, further reinforcing its commitment to creating a more inclusive and equitable work environment. This achievement positions Mixer & Pack as a leading example of social dialogue, demonstrating the importance of collaboration between businesses and institutions in promoting equality.
In the field of integration, the company emphasized its partnerships with various social organizations to facilitate the employment of groups at risk of exclusion. Through its collaboration with the Fundación CEOE, Mixer & Pack has actively promoted the hiring of individuals at risk of poverty due to not meeting the minimum income threshold. In partnership with Ilunion, the company has supported the professional inclusion of approximately 200 individuals with intellectual, physical, and/or sensory disabilities. Additionally, in cooperation with the Fundación Cruz Roja, Mixer & Pack has worked to enhance the employment opportunities for people facing social exclusion due to factors such as religion, sexual orientation, or race. Lastly, its collaboration with Madintegra has contributed to fostering the employability of individuals with intellectual, physical, and/or sensory disabilities, further solidifying the company’s commitment to diversity and equal opportunities.
The visit concluded with a tour of the company’s facilities, where the Counselor and her team had the opportunity to closely observe the production processes and technologies that have made Mixer & Pack a benchmark in the industry. During the visit, the actions taken in sustainability and social responsibility were highlighted, aspects that are aligned with the strategic objectives promoted by the Regional Government.
