Mixer & Pack breaks its record figures again in 2019 for the third consecutive year,
reaching a turnover of €68 million corresponding to an extraordinary growth of
+24% over the previous year. These results consolidate the company’s international leadership in the design, development, manufacture and packaging of perfumes, cosmetics and sanitiser gels for third party brands.
The designer, developer, manufacturer and packager of perfumes, cosmetics and sanitiser gels for third party brands has continued to reinforce its solid internationalisation model. Its main focus as a driver of growth and increased productivity have been the implementation of Lean Manufacturing Technology, a continuous advance towards Industry 4.0, and a strong promotion of corporate culture. In addition, the implementation of new dynamics and flows in the organisation have played a fundamental role in its strategy, focused on continuous improvement and optimisation in all its processes in order to provide an even more qualitative service to its customers.
Furthermore, at the end of 2019 it was awarded a prize at the prestigious Cepyme Awards in the energy efficiency and sustainability category thanks to its successful implementation of an Energy Management System under the ISO 50001 standard.
In order to strengthen its position and to keep up with a demanding and constantly growing cosmetic sector, in May 2018 Mixer & Pack acquired a new plot of land in Cabanillas del Campo (Guadalajara) for €3.7 million to build the most advanced perfume and cosmetics factory in Europe. The creation of this new production centre of more than 38,000 square metres represents an investment of more than €25 million, and its start-up is planned for the first half of 2021.
