The designer, developer and manufacturer of perfumery and home fragrance for third parties is collaborating with Cáritas with the EmpleaLab Project to promote labor and social integration, with the support of CEOE (Spanish confederation of business organizations).

Mixer & Pack, a partner of CEOE (Spanish confederation of business organizations) since 2020, has signed and agreement with Foundation CEOE and Cáritas, to help people in vulnerable situations or at risk of social exclusion, through programs that strengthen skills in the workplace and looking at contribute to the solidarity economy and the construction of a more equitable society.
The EmpleaLab program helps people under three models: training, work and social labor. Mixer & Pack colaborates under the training model, beeting on people who are in a situation of social exclusion or little training and who have skills, atitudes and motivation to develop in a profesional area and who are looking for an opportunity.
Through the alliance, the designer, developer and manufacture of perfumery and air care for private label has generated opportunities for direct insertion into the labor market for many people, eliminating any discrimination practice in order to promote the profesional carrers of groups with social dificulties helping them to active their goals and developer their talent inside to the company.
Among the activities that have been developed, job orientation workshop were held, in wich soft skills and digital competencies were developed as well as the preparation of resumes.
Mixer & Pack will continue to support this kind of programs with enthusiams and innovation that reinforce social responsability, maintaing its commitment to society and demostranding the DNA that characterizes it.
