Mixer & Pack, designer, developer and manufacturer of perfumery and home care for third parties, announces that Javier Aguilera has assumed today the position of General Manager. With over 25 years of experience in different industrial sectors, Javier Aguilera will be key to lead this new stage of growth and operational excellence of the company.
Mixer & Pack, one of the European leaders in the design, development and manufacture of perfumes and air fresheners for private label, has incorporated Javier Aguilera as Managing Director. Aguilera is an Industrial Engineer with an extensive professional career that includes management roles in renowned companies such as “Grupo García Carrión”, “Hero”, “Nueva Pescanova” and “Mondelez International”. With his vast experience in operations management, quality and industrial transformation, Aguilera has demonstrated a great ability to lead structural changes in multinational and family environments, always with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.

During his tenure, Mediavilla laid a solidfoundation for the growth of Mixer & Pack and led some of the most prosperous years in the company’s history. Starting today, Aguilera will fully assume his new role, driving efficiency, quality, and innovation across all company processes.
