The designer and developer of third-party perfumes establishes itself as one of the most innovative companies in its sector by leveraging one of its core pillars: innovation. It has implemented a computer vision system across all its packaging lines, which will help streamline its production process, enhance quality control, and further improve service to its customers.

Mixer & Pack has become the first manufacturer of perfumery and home fragrance products to integrate a neural network with a Deep Learning system. This system enables self-learning from errors to eliminate potential damage throughout the value chain, thereby enhancing the bespoke service offered to their clients. The vision and artificial intelligence system will interconnect packaging lines and detect defects in products that were previously undetectable by the human eye, using a camera to reduce processing times and achieve excellence in quality.

According to Sebastián Durán Chica, maintenance engineer at the third parties perfume manufacturer, “The goal Mixer & Pack aims to achieve with this solution is to enhance the efficiency of the service we offer to our clients by reducing the waiting times caused by quality inspections of our products. This increases the speed of our services, shortens delivery times, and raises awareness among employees about the importance of quality controls.”
