The private label fragrance manufacturer announces its membership in the Association of Family Businesses of Castilla-La Mancha, reaffirming its commitment to the economic and business development of the region, while reinforcing the strength of Spanish family entrepreneurship.
Mixer & Pack proudly announces its integration into the Association of Family Businesses of Castilla-La Mancha (AEFCLM). This step is a recognition of its core identity: a family business born from the joint efforts of Rodolfo Gómez and Gregoria Loeches in 1994, which continues to grow strongly under the leadership of their children. The second generation now makes up the Board of Directors and leads the company, maintaining its founding spirit while driving national and international growth.
Since its beginnings in Meco—where it still operates facilities—Mixer & Pack has evolved without losing sight of its roots. In 2021, the company moved its headquarters to a modern plant in Cabanillas del Campo (Guadalajara), one of the most advanced Industry 4.0 factories in the sector, inaugurated by the President of Castilla-La Mancha, Emiliano García-Page. This move symbolizes its spirit of innovation and future commitment, always rooted in a solid family structure.
Family businesses play a key role in the economic development of Castilla-La Mancha, where 94.3% of companies are family-owned—far exceeding the national average of 88%. These companies generate 85.2% of private employment in the region (compared to 67% nationally) and contribute 74.5% of the private sector GDP, significantly higher than the national figure of 60%. In this context, Mixer & Pack is a living example of the strength, resilience, and transformative capacity of this business model.
Founded in 2002, AEFCLM brings together leading family businesses in the region, promoting training, cooperation, sustainability, and generational transition. It is a key pillar of the regional business network and is part of the national network of the Family Business Institute, which encompasses companies that lead key sectors of the Spanish economy.
“Our joining the Association of Family Businesses reinforces the philosophy on which Mixer & Pack was founded: a company with soul, where strategic decisions are made within the family, with vision and responsibility,” said Agustín Gómez, President of Mixer & Pack.
