MIXER&PACK OPENS ITS DOORS TO THE REGIONAL MINISTER OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO SHOWCASE ITS INDUSTRIAL MODEL WITH SOCIAL IMPACT

The visit of Bárbara García, Regional Minister of Social Welfare of Castilla- La Mancha, highlights the role of industry as a driver of social inclusion and the commitment of the B2B fragrance manufacturer to workforce integration and sustainable development.

Mixer&Pack welcomed Bárbara García Torijano, Regional Minister of Social Welfare of Castilla-La Mancha, to its facilities in an institutional visit that provided first-hand insight into the company’s business model, where industrial activity and social commitment go hand in hand.

This meeting follows the recognition awarded to Mixer&Pack at the 10th edition of the Social Initiative Awards, where the company was distinguished for its work in promoting the Third Social Sector and its commitment to the labor integration of people at risk of social exclusion through collaborations with organizations such as the Red Cross and Fundación CEOE.

During the visit, the Minister was accompanied by Rosa María García, Regional Delegate of the Government in Guadalajara; Santiago Vera, Director General of Social Action; Carmen Gil, Provincial Delegate of Social Welfare; and José García Salinas, Mayor of Cabanillas del Campo, along with city council members Abigail Cordero Gaviño, Head of Social Welfare and Employment, and Javier Blanco Melero, Councillor for Economic Promotion. They were welcomed by the executive management and board of directors of Mixer&Pack.

This model has enabled the creation of stable professional opportunities for individuals facing greater barriers to accessing the job market.

As a manufacturer and developer of fragrances for third parties, Mixer&Pack has successfully integrated this commitment into its industrial activity, positioning itself as a leading European private label fragrance manufacturer, where innovation, production capacity and people-centric values are part of the same strategy.

The visit concluded with a tour of the company’s facilities, where the Minister and her team gained first-hand insight into the production processes, technologies and initiatives in sustainability and social responsibility, aligned with the strategic objectives promoted by the Castilla-La Mancha regional government.
