MIXER & PACK STRENGTHENS ITS TEAM BETTING ON SUSANA ESTEBAN AS DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

As a new member of the Board of Directors, Susana will contribute to consolidate the excellent abilities of the current Mixer & Pack team, providing a strategic and long-term vision.

 Mixer & Pack, developer of perfumery and cosmetics for third parties, has just incorporated Susana Esteban, as the new HR director. Esteban, specialist in the area of HR, will join as a key member of the Board of Directors, with the aim of strengthening the skills and qualifications of the team consolidated by the company during its 25 years, in addition Susana will enhance the capabilities of the team and retaining talent.

With an extensive knowledge, experience and skills in the areas of Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Talent Recruitment and Personnel Administration, as well as experience in Occupational Risk Prevention, the new HR Director will have a key position in the company, where she will provide its strategic and long-term vision to the development and training of all Mixer&Pack team within the Spanish cosmetics and perfume industry.

In addition, due to the growth of Mixer & Pack in recent years, Esteban will have the creation of new procedures and processes in terms of HR as an immediate objective that can support and facilitate the expansion and improvement of the Company.

The new Director of Human Resources, has a degree in Psychology from the University Autonóma de Madrid, has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, as well as a Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention and specific training in related areas, such as Performance Evaluation, Management of Projects, Management of Training, Labor, and affirming to be in “constant learning”.

All their abilitis are very aligned with the values that define professionalism, preventive culture, commitment and quality in the production process and service offered by Mixer & Pack.

With more than 14 years of experience in the area of generalist HR in companies of different sizes, Susana has rewarded her career occupied management positions in the HR department of sectors such as Private Security, Strategic Consulting or Electronic Engineering, becoming a specialist in facilitating the relations between company and employees.
