Mixer&Pack, a leading manufacturer of perfumes and cosmetics for third parties, has obtained the “Zero Waste to Landfill” certification awarded by the Saica Group. This seal certifies the company’s proper waste management and its firm commitment to a circular economy model applied to the perfume industry, achieving a high level of recovery of the waste generated.

The certification granted by Saica Natur, the Saica Group’s division dedicated to waste management and environmental services, follows verification by the German multinational TÜV SÜD that the established standards are fully met.

This initiative is also part of Mixer&Pack’s global strategy as a private label perfume manufacturer, focused on continuous improvement, energy efficiency and reducing the environmental impact of its industrial processes.

This recognition endorses Mixer&Pack’s ability to ensure compliance with quality standards in waste recovery, optimize its production processes and reduce its environmental footprint, aligning its industrial activity with the principles of sustainable industry and responsible production. The “Zero
Waste” certification confirms that a very significant portion (over 95%) of the waste generated by the company is effectively recovered, avoiding landfill disposal, and highlights the cross-departmental effort throughout the entire production process.

At a time when fashion brands and the industry itself are placing sustainability at the core of their long-term strategies, obtaining the Zero Waste to Landfill certification strengthens Mixer&Pack’s value proposition as an industrial partner aligned with the current and future priorities of its clients. More and
more brands demand verifiable and measurable environmental standards from their partners, and this certification sets Mixer&Pack apart from other manufacturers by externally validating its genuine commitment to responsible production consistent with the values of the fashion industry.

This seal adds to Mixer&Pack’s sustainability roadmap, which integrates environmental criteria from the perfume development phase through to manufacturing and packaging, applying responsible solutions throughout the entire value chain.

According to Javier Estríngana, Manager of the Quality and Environmental Management Department, “obtaining the ‘Zero Waste to Landfill’ certification is the result of constant work that positions Mixer&Pack as a benchmark company in sustainability within its sector.” This recognition reflects the company’s genuine commitment to increasingly responsible perfume manufacturing aligned with today’s environmental challenges, focusing on material circularity.

For his part, Fernando Pecharroman, Plant Manager at Saica Natur’s center, expressed his satisfaction and recalled that “since 2013, Saica Natur and Mixer&Pack have worked closely together on waste management and recovery, developing solutions that improve operational efficiency and move forward
in the transition to a circular economy and a more sustainable model, with the aim of protecting the environment and human health.”
