The perfumery developer has been recognised with the CCOO Castilla-La\u00a0 Mancha Co-Responsibility Diploma for its active commitment to equality, work life balance and improved care within the framework of the Co-Responsible Plan\u00a0 2025.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n\n

The Spanish perfumery and cosmetics manufacturer has received the Diploma of Co-responsibility awarded by Comisiones Obreras de Castilla-La Mancha (CCOO CLM) as part of the closing day of the Co-Responsible Plan 2025. This recognition highlights the company’s commitment to equality, work-life balance and co-responsibility policies and highlights its active participation in a public programme managed by the Women’s Institute of Castilla-La Mancha and financed by the Ministry of Equality. \n<\/p>\n\n

The event took place in the Aula Magna of the Toledo Arms Factory Campus, a space that hosted the official closing of the program implemented by CCOO during 2025. The institutional inauguration was presided over by Ana Villase\u00f1or, Secretary of Women, Equality and Youth of CCOO CLM; Javier Ortega, general secretary of CCOO Castilla-La Mancha; and Sara Sim\u00f3n, Minister of Equality of the region. <\/p>\n\n

Mixer & Pack was accompanied by its committee and legal representation of\u00a0 workers, reflecting the internal collaboration between the company and labour\u00a0 representation to promote conciliation and co-responsibility measures. In the\u00a0 words of Juan Manuel Mosquera, Manager of the People Department, “The joint\u00a0 presence demonstrates the company’s firm commitment to policies that\u00a0 promote a fairer, more balanced and sustainable work environment for all\u00a0 workers”.<\/span><\/p>\n\n
