This annual\u00a0 publication highlights three decades of history, excellence, and growth,\u00a0 with a special focus on the people and the core pillars that define the\u00a0 company\u2019s DNA: innovation, sustainability, service, and human talent.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n\n<p><b><i>A cover with a human essence\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n\n<p>The cover of this first edition features the 11 Employees of the Year since the  launch of this internal recognition. An image that represents the true heart of  Mixer &amp; Pack: the people who, day after day, make its operational excellence  and its position as a strategic manufacturer for leading brands in the sector  possible. &#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><b><i>High-level content and unique collaborations\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n\n<p>Esencia 360 features exclusive interviews with prominent figures from the  institutional sphere and the international perfumery industry: &#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 Cecilia Bolocco, former Miss Universe and a key figure in fashion and  communication in Latin America, for whom Mixer &amp; Pack develops her  fragrance line, which is sold in the department stores Par\u00eds. &#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 Emiliano Garc\u00eda-Page, President of Castilla-La Mancha, shares his vision  on the role of the regional industry and institutional support for economic  development, also highlighting Mixer &amp; Pack\u2019s contribution to the  region\u2019s business landscape. &#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 Emilio Valeros, master perfumer, academic, and Lavender Chair of the  Perfume Academy, as well as former technical director of Loewe  Perfumes, friend of the founder Rodolfo G\u00f3mez de Vargas, and a key figure in the origins of Mixer &amp; Pack. It was for Loewe that the first fragrance  produced by the company was created: Esencia de Loewe. &#13;\n&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><b><i>A story that inspires\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n\n<p>The magazine also dedicates a special section to reviewing the origins of Mixer  &amp; Pack, founded in 1994 by Rodolfo G\u00f3mez de Vargas and Gregoria Loeches  Antol\u00edn.
