Mixer & Pack, designer, developer and manufacturer of perfumery and <\/strong>home care for third parties, announces that Javier Aguilera has assumed<\/strong> \ntoday the position of General Manager. With over 25 years of experience <\/strong>in different industrial sectors, Javier Aguilera will be key to lead this new <\/strong>stage of growth and operational excellence of the company.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Mixer & Pack, one of the European leaders in the design, development \nand manufacture of perfumes and air fresheners for private label, has \nincorporated Javier Aguilera as Managing Director. Aguilera is an \nIndustrial Engineer with an extensive professional career that includes \nmanagement roles in renowned companies such as \u201cGrupo Garc\u00eda \nCarri\u00f3n\u201d, \u201cHero\u201d, \u201cNueva Pescanova\u201d and \u201cMondelez International\u201d. With \nhis vast experience in operations management, quality and industrial \ntransformation, Aguilera has demonstrated a great ability to lead \nstructural changes in multinational and family environments, always with \na focus on continuous improvement and excellence.<\/p>\n\n

During his tenure, Mediavilla laid a solidfoundation for the growth of Mixer & Pack and led some of the most prosperous years in the company’s history. Starting today, Aguilera will fully assume his new role, driving efficiency, quality, and innovation across all company processes.<\/p>\n\n
