The perfumery and home fragrances designer, developer and manufacturer for third parties becomes the first company in the Spanish- beauty industry to implement virtual mixed reality in its facilities.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The integration of artificial intelligence new systems with mixed reality tools in Mixer & Pack make this project a previously non-existent reality in the perfumery manufacturing for third parties in Europe, positioning the beauty sector, together with the Spanish industry and Made in Spain at the forefront of new intelligent production methods.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mixer & Pack has incorporated in its facilities the virtual mixed reality\r\ncollaborating the company EQM, through the implementation of \u201cDynamic 365\u201d\r\nand \u201cDynamic 365 Remote Assist\u201d programs, which allow improvements in\r\neffectiveness and efficiency of maintenance activities, together with support\r\nand training on the use of the tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The objective of this project is to make the perfumery designer, developer and\r\nmanufacturer for third parties the leader in industry 4.0 and innovation inside the\r\nbeauty sector in Europe, betting for disruption, sustainability and employees\r\ntraining. Although, the aim is to exploit the full potential of the platform together\r\nwith \u201cMicrosoft HoloLens\u201d hardware, to be able to maximize the development of\r\ndigitalization and communication with external agents that Mixer&Pack works\r\nwith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The challenges that have driven the perfumery developer for private label to\r\ninclude this so disruptive technology on its productive chain and on the rest of its\r\nbusiness activities, are focused on employees training and the continuous quest\r\nfor innovation, as one of the main pillars that define them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In words of the operations director of Mixer & Pack, Lorenzo Garc\u00eda: \u201cWe\r\nimplement this tool because we believe that we can be more effective and\r\nefficient. Bet for innovation can provide us with a technological proposal that\r\nhelps us to become one of the sector leaders in Europe in this aspect\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the implementation of this technology, some \u201chigh performance\u201d groups\r\nhave been created to train employees though simulations with mixed reality\r\nglasses to solve possible problems in an easier way; enabling remote control\r\nassistance and merging virtual and real elements in the same environment,\r\ntaking advantage of the benefits of \u201cconnected manufacturing\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although, the perfumes and home care manufacturer has incorporated the\r\nartificial intelligence in other areas of the company, as purchases, sales, logistics,\r\nfinances, and other general operations to give their employees a training and\r\nimprovement tool focused on company \u0301s growth.<\/p>\n\n\n
