\u00a0The Director General Mr Mario F. Buis\u00e1n Garc\u00eda, accompanied by the Area Manager Mrs Paloma Fern\u00e1ndez Pe\u00f1a, visited the facilities of the perfume and cosmetics manufacturer and developer for third parties following Mixer & Pack S.L.\u2019s nomination as a finalist in the recent Spanish NATIONAL FASHION AWARDS in the category \u2018National Award to the SME operating in the Fashion industry\u2019.<\/em><\/p>\n

This week, the Spanish Directorate General for Industry and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises visited Mixer & Pack\u2019s facilities in Meco (Madrid). Welcomed and accompanied by the entire executive management team of the perfume and cosmetics developer and manufacturer, Mr Mario Buis\u00e1n Garc\u00eda (Director General of Industry) and Mrs Paloma Fern\u00e1ndez Pe\u00f1a (Area Manager) visited the plant to see first-hand Mixer\u2019s intimate relationship with the Spanish fashion industry and the \u2018Marca Espa\u00f1a\u2019 state policy (policy to improve the image of Spain at home and abroad).<\/p>\n

Mr Juan Mediavilla, Managing Director of Mixer & Pack, highlighted \u201cthe pride and great responsibility that Mixer feels due to the visit and for having been the only representative of the cosmetics and perfume sector at such important awards for the fashion industry in Spain. Being nominated as one of the finalists underlines Mixer\u2019s ongoing excellence in the quality of its development and manufacturing for the best Spanish companies operating in the fashion industry\u201d. After concluding his presentation, Mr Agust\u00edn G\u00f3mez, Mixer\u2019s Director of Communications, paid tribute to \u201cMixer\u2019s customers, suppliers and colleagues as the true stars, without whom Mixer would not be where it is today\u201d.<\/p>\n

The event came to a close with the entire steering committee thanking both Mario F. Buis\u00e1n and Paloma Fern\u00e1ndez for their dedication and commitment to promoting growth and supporting Spanish small and medium-sized enterprises.<\/p>\n

The aim of the awards is to enhance the prestige of the Spanish fashion industry by presenting it against a backdrop of quality and excellence, recognising the achievements of the people, institutions, organisations and industries operating in the sector that stand out for their creativity, their ability to adapt to the market, their innovation, their internationalisation and their support from social media and from the educational and cultural fields, whilst at the same time preserving the specific characteristics that define who they are and acknowledging their work and initiatives that helped them achieve their goals that are recognised by these awards.<\/p>\n
